Our new summer menu is here, and it's filled with delicious things, just in time for the holidays.
We regularly revise our menus to make sure we use what's fresh and seasonal, and we keep our regular guests happy too with a balance of new ideas and old favourites.
A holiday highlight is our classic shaken Margarita on the cocktail menu (none of that frozen business - we love a good classic!). A few Mediterranean-inspired pizzas make a splash with fragrant herb pestos; our bowl salads get a shake up with a salmon trout and fried caper flavour bomb; and our famous slow-smoked pulled pork is now available in a new wrap or salad option.
If you love your "usual' on the menu, not to worry! We've kept all of our best sellers, including the nacho-crumbed chicken burger with jalapeño atchar, and our cajun chicken salad (pictured left) with halloumi, bacon and avo. Added sprouts, micro herbs, carrot and cucumber ribbons amp up the superfood factor.
We have also added to our supplier list, and can now proudly say that all of the butter used in our sauces, baking and cooking is made by The Butter Lady, a proudly local business that not only produces delicious artisanal butter and butter products, but is hormone, additive, and colourant free.
After enjoying the first one on the 3rd of December, we can safely say your money is well spent on the beautifully curated vendors. Plus, you'll be supporting a local entrepreneur's dreams :)
We are open 7am - 4pm daily, Monday - Sunday, and only closing on Christmas Day and New Years Day, otherwise we are HERE FOR IT! We love the buzz in Ballito around this time of year, as things heat up, literally. We look forward to meeting you under the shade of the fig tree at Sugar Rush Park!
